Diffusion
Add 6–8 drops of the “Cosmic Energy” mix to 100 ml of water, in an ultrasonic diffuser. Diffuse for 20 minutes, 2–3 times a day, whenever you feel the need for a strong flow of energy, mental clarity, inner strength or connection with the Universe.

Conscious breathing
Apply 2–3 drops to your wrists, rub them gently, then inhale deeply 3 times, directly from your skin. Follow the rhythm: 4 inhalations – 1 hold – 4 exhalations. This practice activates your inner presence and opens up subtle perception.

Foot massage
Apply 2–4 drops of the mixture to your feet and massage them slowly when you feel tired or lacking energy. It is a simple gesture that supports the vital energy circuit and restores inner balance.
