How to use:
Aromatherapy:
- Morning and evening 6-8 drops in 100ml water;
- Sniff directly from the bottle several times a day;
- 1-2 drops on wrists 2-3 times/day;
- 1-3 drops - foot massage before bedtime.
Atenție:
păstrați o distanță de 1,5-2 metri de difuzor.
