Four-stroke breathing – a gateway to calm and inner stability
Conscious breathing is the first form of healing. It regulates the autonomic nervous system, reduces cortisol levels and calms brain activity.
The four-count method is simple, yet profound:
• Inhale through your nose – 4 counts
• Hold your breath – 1 count
• Exhale through your mouth – 4 counts
• Hold your breath – 1 count 

This breath is repeated 7–10 times, with total presence.
As you breathe like this, visualize how the energy accumulated in the solar plexus gently rises to the crown chakra, opening the space of full consciousness – where there is no longer fear, but only observation, peace and clarity.

During the exhalation, we recommend gentle and rhythmic stimulation of the area where the thymus gland is located – between the sternum and the collarbone, in the center of the chest.
With two fingers, gently tap 7–10 times, synchronized with the breath.
