Step 3: Enter your details and select your preferred payment method
Step 4: Review your order details and click "Place Order"
You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes

We prioritize fast processing to get your handcrafted products to you quickly. Once your order is placed, we cannot make changes, including:
• Shipping or billing address updates
• Adding or removing items
• Changing product options or variants
• Applying or removing discount codes
• Changing shipping method
Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Confirmation & Shipping
If you haven't received an order confirmation within 1 hour, follow these steps:
Check your spam/junk folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there
Check your bank account to see if the payment was processed
If unsure, contact us via email or phone and we'll verify your order status
Your order is processed within 12 hours of confirmation. We offer two shipping methods:
🚚 Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
Arrives in 3-4 working days | Cost: ~€45 (varies by destination)
📦 Standard Shipping (bpost)
Arrives in 7 working days | Cost: €39
Note: Customized products use standard delivery only. All orders are packaged in isothermal boxes to preserve freshness.
Customized therapies and bespoke formulations require 2–5 business days for creation. Express delivery is not available for custom products — they are shipped via standard delivery to ensure quality and care.
